TIME-SAVING LISTS TO HANG ON YOUR FRIDGE

We'll be honest with you, we find grocery shopping to be a miserable chore. Planning meals and going to the store takes considerable time and energy. 

We've tried a lot of different methods, and what seems to work best for us is to sit down once a week, take stock of what we have in the fridge and pantry, note what we need on the list, and think of a week's worth of meals (and leftovers). This helps us save time, keep the fridge full, and never wonder about what's for dinner. Bonus benefits include eating with the seasons, and when we can, supporting farmers markets and local growers!
