Your friend, Austin:
Austin is an illustrator & designer & human man based in Portland, Oregon. His illustrations are characterized by energetic linework and texture, often looking to the animal-world, ads in old comics, and cowboys for inspiration. Illustration was his first love, and is what drew him (sorry) to the world of design.
His passion for the arts began when he was a child watching Toonami after school and staring at the concert posters on his walls as a teen. He took that crude, arty oil to be refined at the University of Iowa and left with some student debt and a degree in Graphic Design.
Freelance and editorial inquiries are always welcome, so give him a shout if you are looking for an illustration for your article, website, or publication, a poster for your band, or a label for your homebrew.
